04 August 2010 A closedly held Public Company ceased its distribution of Pharma company from January,1998 and they had filed Annual Return, Balance Sheet till 31st March, 1997. All four Directors are not in touch with each other. There is are assets or liabilities.

How to file application under EES 2010?
1. Have they ceased to be Directors after 3 years? 2. Can they sign as Directors? 3.How the erstwhile Directors can give Indemnity?

Can anybody suggest the modalities to file application under EES 2010 scheme?
