what is the definition of fellow subsidiary?
Plz clarify with an example if one holding co 4 subsidiary and one subsidiary is aslo a holding company ?

"A company is considered to be a fellow subsidiary of another company if both are subsidiaries of the same holding company."
Example:
A is the Ultimate holding Company,
B and C are Subsidiaries of A then C is fellow of B and B is a fellow of C.
X is a Subsidiary of B then C is also a fellow of X whne looked from a bigger Group level ie A.
Y is a subsidiary of C then X and B are fellow subsidiaries of Y at the ultimate holding Company level.
Example:
