Sir,
one of our client is having a deferred tax liability of 1.3 cr against a tax liability of 65 lakhs .during the year the assesse availed huge depreciationon installation of solar system which is eligible for 80% depreciation on installation of unit. depreciation as per It act is 17.62 cr.. please clarify about the disclosure of deferred tax liabilty of disclosure of accounts against as per companies act
