01 November 2010 IF AN ASSESSEE HAS PAID TO AN ENTITY WHOSE TURNOVER EXCEEDS 10 LACS, BUT IT HAS NOT REGISTERED ITSELF UNDER SERVICE TAX, WILL THE ASSESSE BE A DEFAULTER IN PAYING TO SUCH AN ENTITY.
