15 October 2013 Hello Friends.

I have recently joined a company, now going through the TRACE for TDS compliances, I have seen default summary pertaining to F Y 2007-08, and so on. Please let me know if the same is a serious default and can I approach department for details of same.

For defaults related to 2007-08 actions must have been taken by your TDS-ITO.

You need not worry.

15 October 2013 For period after 2007-08. As in for FY 2008-09, 09-10, 10-11 and FY 2011-12.????

16 October 2013 If there is less deduction or less payments Then better to revise the recent Quarters return.
