I hav a company whose all directors are of default nature due to non filing of annual roc forms of their respective companies. now i want to file forms of my company? what can i do?
can i shut down the companies which are defaulted?

No need to shut down the companies. Simply prepare the e0forms and start filling them with roc with late fee.

There is a company Law Settlement schement wherein only 25% of the additional fees shall be paid.
This Scheme is effective till 15 December, 2011. So take the advantage of the scheme.

When you will File the annual returns of due date..The Challan will automatically be generated with 25% of the Additional fees.you
