06 July 2015 I'm filling return for fy 2013-14 ,I have 2 properties, 1 is sop and the other is vacant property, now the vacant property is to be listed as deemed let out property in the itr, which i did,but the itr compulsorily requires name of the tenant, what do i enter over there?? there was no tenant, so i cant very well enter anybody's name, can i ??
also what value should i take for annual value?? assuming the property to be in mumbai suburbs

07 July 2015 Try putting 'vacant' as name of tenant.
Properties which are vacant throughout the year have 'nil' annual value.
