I'm filling return for fy 2013-14 ,I have 2 properties, 1 is sop and the other is vacant property,now the vacant property is to be listed as deemed let out property in the itr,which i did,but the itr compulsorily requires name of the tenant,what do i enter over there?? there was no tenant, so i cant very well enter anybody's name,can i ??
also what value should i take for annual value?? assuming the property to be in mumbai suburbs

Try putting 'vacant' as name of tenant.
Properties which are vacant throughout the year have 'nil' annual value.
