I work for a small pvt co in delhi. we wanted to supply some materials to a customer by using the Bond to Bond warehouse procedure within India. Our director also has a independent co. regd in Singapore. my query is:
1. Can we ask an india distributor to bill the materials on my directors co in singapore in USD from the bonded ware-house and ship them to the customer in India?
2. If yes then what are the documents required for the same?
3. Can the singapore co bill the material to my co in india ?
4. if yes then how do we make the payment against the same from Indian CO to Foreign CO? what are the regulations and documents required?
