Following categories of supply of goods by main / sub-contractors
shall be regarded as “Deemed Exports” under FTP, provided goods are manufactured in India:




a) Supply of goods against Advance Authorisation / Advance
Authorisation for annual requirement / DFIA;


Means

1) K ( Who have Advance licence ) - Sold to B ( Any India Co. ) = is deemed Export

2) K ( Who Do have Advance licence ) -Sold to B ( Hold advance Licence ) = is deemed Export



Or Any other meaning co to your mind

for the definition of deemed export

11 May 2012 Para 8.1 OF Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 says that “Deemed Exports” refer to those transactions in which goods supplied do not leave country, and payment for
such supplies is received either in Indian rupees or in free foreign exchange.
