05 April 2011 I further want to know that whether the subsidiary co. (not 100% subsidiary) can give loan to its holding out of its accumulated profits. will this transaction be deemed dividend?

05 April 2011 no it will not be considered as deemed dividend unless the share holder is having more than 20% in subsidiary co.
