Can Any body provide me the sample copy of Deed/Agreement for conversion of Partnership into Limited Liabality Partnership(LLP),Its urgent.

There is no need for a deed or agreement for conversion. You have to prepare an LLP agreement only. A draft agreement is available on this site. Please see the link below:
