18 May 2016 Dear Expert,

Can an employee claim HRA & Home loan deductions benefits at the same time.
Home Loan is for a house bought in Ghaziabad & HRA for home taken on rent in delhi. Employee doing job in Gurgaon.

Explain in the reference of law if any specifically said by the law (PLZ don't tell there is a loophole & employee have to explain the employer & income tax authority in case of security)
