Whether amountinvested in PPF account on behalf of or in the nomination of a minor (niece or nephew) will qualify for deduction under section 80C of the Income Tax Act.

Hi,
It is only available for individual, wife or husband and any child of such individual. Therefore the deduction will not be available u/s. 80C in such case.
