Can I claim deduction under 80c for life insurance premium paid by me for my grandson who is minor and also policy is in the name of my son( as a guardian)

12 May 2016 Sir, you can't take deduction of your minor child (grandson) and also for your son. Why you son is not take deduction of 80C by himself.
