If a person suffers from any disability specified deduction u/s 80u. tell me that whether he should permanent disable from childhood or not to take this deduction.

hiiii...i just wrote ipce in may 2010 ...my registration no. was wrong in d permit card ..so i m scared tat my result will not be declared along with others......i just wrote a letter to ICAI abt tis already...but got no reply

Harish: Person can be disable at any time of his life, but for the same he should have a certificate issued from doctor of a government hospital.
