06 November 2008 If a pvt ltd Co is engaged in the development of several Housing Projects , will the auditor have to give the audit Report in form No 10CCB for all the projects separately, if Yes , Will the balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account of all the projects is to be prepared separately.

08 November 2008 The section does not require audit report project by project. But in the case of housing projects, as the date of completion and commencement of different projects will be different you may find that you will have no option but to prepare separately only it seems.
