Plz confirm that deducton u/s 80c of LI Premium to the HUF would be allowed in case of LI policy has been taken in the name of karta. Policy form and bond does not shown the name of HUF. Also pertain bank detail of Karta not huf
Also confirm if payment made out of the fund of karta not of HUF then it would be allowed deduction
