Deduction on the behalf of voucher

05 November 2015 Dear experts,
I had given rs. 1000 to one of my employee for petrol of delivery vehicle, but usually the employee does not provide petrol bill, please tell me can i make voucher of petrol exp. Signed by money receiver,.weather it is sufficient as per income tax or not if not plz tell what to do...

05 November 2015 If you are saying it is purchase of petrol then bill is definitely required. It is advisable to collect bill from the employees.

I had already asked to employee to provide the petrol bill but some time they forgate to collect it from petrol pump in that cases if i make voucher for the same signed by money receiver employee, weather this voucher will be accept by income tax department or not as my above query,
