Deduction of TDS without quoting my PAN

Sir my query is :-
I am having some FDRs with a nationalized bank. The bank was regularily deducting TDS and issuing TDS certificate correcty till past. They are having my PAN No.
Now in F.Y. 2010-11 they wrongly deducted TDS at a rate of 20% without quoting my PAN No. in their TDS returns. I am afraid that I will not get credit of such TDS .
Kindly guide how can I get credit of such TDS and what corrective step bank s'd take in this regard...

Ask the bankers to file a revise return of TDS with the correct PAN for earlier quarters and update ur PAN in the basic KYC document also and also update the same in your FD records so that this problem does not continue in future.
