my employer is giving salary after dedcuting accomidation charges. my query is tds applicable on gross or after dedcuting accomidation charges?

TDS is applicable on Gross salaries. Further we need to check chargeability of Perquisites. Please provide details of accommodation, have you been provided company owned accommodation, rent if taken on lease etc.
