Hi Experts,
My client got Email notification for
claiming deduction under 80GGC and requested for claim may be verified and mistake.
May client have Proof for donation under 80GGC.
Kindly advise how to respond this.

Its good that ur client has the proof. Email is received in a general mail sent to all parties u have taken 80GGC deduction. Now if anyone has falsely claimed then he will now filed updated ITR and pay the tax. In your case u dont have to worry and sit relax and wait for 143(1) intimation.
