Dear Sir,
My uncle is physicaly disabled and he is totaly depend on me. Can i got deduction u/s 80dd for him.

For 80DD "dependant" means—
(i) in the case of an individual, the spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters of the individual or any of them;
(ii) in the case of a Hindu undivided family, a member of the Hindu undivided family,
so you can not claim deduction u/s 80DD

(ii) in the case of a Hindu undivided family, a member of the Hindu undivided family,
so you can not claim deduction u/s 80DD
