Declaration given by director for loan given to company needs to be filed with ROC in any form?
OR the declaration to be given to company and to be kept with the company only.!
Please suggest.
also if loan is prior to 1.4.14 , by director,Just the declaration would do or any further filing required?

No need to file Form with ROC in this regard. The declaration shall be be given by Director at the time of giving money.
