Debtors turnover Ratios

02 July 2008 I can compare sales with closing debtors in case of Debt Turnover Ratio & closing creditors with purchases for creditors turnover ratio.

Can you please let me know when do we use closing debtors instead of average & closing creditors in place of average creditors.

02 July 2008 When opening and closing information is not available you can take closing balances of Debtors and BR

NEt credit sales should be taken.. Credit sales minus returns...
