Debit Credit Note Issue

23 October 2019 Respeted Sir

I have already filed GSTR-1 for the 2nd Quarter ( July 19 to Sept 19 ). Now I have to file Debit Notes & Credit Notes both for the Fy 2018-19 but when I click the tiles of debit / credit notes a message appears on screen as " There are not notes to be displayed " . Please guide me and oblige.

23 October 2019 The time limit us over for FY 2018-19 upto

Debit notes or credit notes can be issued
On or before the thirtieth day of September following the end of the financial year in which such supply was made, or
The date of filing of the relevant annual return for the financial year,
whichever is earlier.
