Kindly let me know the procedure for Regd. of Debentures & Other Financial instruments by any co. as per Corp. law.

Debentures & Other financial instrument is not require to be regd.
If the company is planning to list on the stock exchange, then it should be Regd. with Stock Exchange with necessary documents.
Reg. procedure is same as the share registration, however there are minute changes in it.
