20 December 2012 Sir, Can a new Public Ltd Co having Paid up capital of Rs 500000 can issue debentures vide private placement if yes so upto what limit and types of debentures.

Please tell the procedure.

20 December 2012 Yes it can upto a maximum no 50.
Recently Mutdhoot Finance has issued debentures on a private placement basis.
