HAS IT TO BE THOSE AUTHORISED BY SEBI OR THE COMPANY CAN APPOINT ANY PERSON OF ITS CHOICE AS TRUSTEE

PLEASE GIVE NECESSARY GUIDANCE IN THIS REGARD
