Please let me know the procedure to be followed in case of death of director of a pvt ltd company.I understand that i need to file e form dir 12 but what should be the attachments with that form .I also want to know if i need to get the Din disabled for that director.

with Death Certificate of deceased director as attachment
File DIR- 5 for Surrender of DIN
with Death Certificate of deceased director as attachment
