08 December 2015 Hello sir, Department has issued a notice in the Name of say.. xyz for not filing return of income for fy 12-13, this notice is received in December 2014 after the death of asseessee. Now how to proceed with the same...what about the tax payable by him to the tax authorities. Thank you in advance sir
