14 July 2011 How can I find out the date of incorporation of a company from the MCA website?

14 July 2011 Dear Friend,
Go to MCA site and click Company icon on the top. on the left side menu click View company master data & Index of charges. The page will open. on the left side menu bar click company master data. A new screen will appear. It asks two things, one is company name and another is company CIN no. if you knew the cin number directly enter it and click"Submit" button. If you dont know the cin number of the company simply enter the company's name (simply two words starting with) and click search. Dont press enter key. It shows a list of names with the starting word (If more than one) choose it. and press select. the page returns to previous page and the cin number is pasted on the page. now click submit button.

the system shows the company master data i.e., name, address, date of incorporation, date of last agm held etc.,
