in ITR for AY 2013-14, while filling the details of Tax Auditor u/s 44AB, what is the difference between date of audit report and date of furnishing of audit report???

1)Date on which the report is physically signed by the Auditor shall be the date of audit report.
2)Date of acceptance of e-filed audit report of auditor is treated as date of furnishing audit report
2)Date of acceptance of e-filed audit report of auditor is treated as date of furnishing audit report

but if ITR is to be filled before e-filling of Tax Audit Report than which date is to be mentioned in coloum of date of furnishing of audit report
