24 November 2009 Can any one suggest what should be the date of Balance sheet, Directors report, And the Agm.

24 November 2009 date of Balance sheet date of it gettying apporved by the board. Date of directors report the date on which the report is signed.

Date of AGM 21 days after the date of notice and directors report.

Date of directors report cannot preceed the date of the signing balance sheet. However bith the dates can be same.

24 November 2009 date of balance sheet & directors report should be the adoption date of balance sheet. The date for the notice of AGM can also be the same date of balance sheet & director report.

Date of AGM should be atleast 21 days after the date of notice. ALso note the date of AGM should not be more than 6 months from the end of financial year.

Please note Notice of AGM, Directors Report & Balance sheet adoption date can be a same date.
