02 December 2024 Which is the date of arrival and departure from india? Is it the dates stamped on my passport or the day that I board a flight to india for arrival and the date I reach my destination for departure?

Need to calculate the period of stay for tax residency purposes

02 December 2024 Thank you so much sir.Just a confusion, The immigration date is the local date of the country, right? For example if someone reached India on 30 December but it's still 29 December in USA. 30 December will be the day of arrival as marked in the entry stamp, Right?
