30 May 2011 The dates can be same.
Balance Sheet signed on 30.04.2010 and meeting on 31.05.2010 is ok if the notice for the meeting is given to the share holders 21 days in advance to the share holders or such any period, which has been stated in the articles of association, to the members, then the meeting held on 31.05.2010 will be valid.
