Suppose if a person having an age of about 44 years is unnecessorily harassed by promising an oprtunty for employment with certain level of remuneration what damage can he claim legally. Is there any Supreme court decisions connected with the matter.

If he did not get wht he promised to be given, He can certainly approach local court on the basis of documentary proofs in written. Bcz without base it will not be possi to prove the geniounness of the case. I dont know any case law of SC.
