If any assessee do the business of milk production for dairy fram. whether it is taxble or not
IF any person purchases 15 buffello and estiblashed a tabbella for getting the milk and that milk is sold in the market to customer as it is. whether this activity is taxable or not and if answer is not then please make a eference of section of income tax

Hi,Make your querry more clear.Farmer is not taxable but production/Plants are in tax/excise net.

The same is taxable. The sale of agricultural produce is not taxable. Others are very well taxable under the Income Tax Act.
