14 August 2017 Sir / Madam,
Please let me know that I purcahse Rs. 2500/- stationery on 15/7/2017, & Rs. 3500/- Newspaper Exp. on 25/07/2017. I have paid this expense through cash on 27/7/2017 total 6000/-. Then my liabilities create on 27/7/17 (RCM) on total Rs.6000/- ?

14 August 2017 OK. But I want to know liabilities create on when payment done or date of expense bill. If I will paid same on august month then liabilities create in august or july (RCM)?

If you booked expense on different dates in books of accounts and expense is less than 5000/- then no RCM.
