My client imported bitumen from Iran and at Mumbai port cvd & and exise duty was levied.
my client now wish to raise invoice on his customers. They're asking excise invoice to be raised to claim cvd.
Any one may please explain the procedure in this regard.

Can be issued but mention that no refund claimed by importer for CVD.
