Can anyone please explain computation of CVD on MRP value?

CVD is calculated as a percentage of aggregate of CIF value +basic duty for example if basic duty is 35%, surcharge 10% basic duty, the cvd @ rate of 16% on a CIF value of RS.100 will be =
(100+35+3.5)x=Rs.22.160
