10 March 2016 why the provider of service is not getting credit of cvd3(5)?please provide the logic??

11 March 2016 Since ACD /SACD 3(5) is levied in lieu of VAT and VAT credit is not available to service provider and hence the credit of ACD /SACD is not avaible
