09 August 2010 Can customs duty paid by exporter on finished goods produced by them after purchasing raw materials locally, be refunded or will it become its expense?

since the export of goods is exempt

or there is no custom duty on export

it is only applicable as IMPORT

and it is expenditure you cant get any refund.
