Custome duty set off against export of goods

14 December 2013 Dear Members,

I have to export the goods which i have to procure from party of Mumbai. That party will import the goods from USA and will sell to me. I will export that goods to UAE. Does that party of Mumbai will get the exemption of Custom Duty from Import of goods against my export of goods. If Yes kindly let me know how?

in this condition party of Mumbai Can Not avail of exemption any custom duty for locally goods sold.

for examine provide me the commercial invoice and packing list .
