we have exported 24 containers consisting of steel and panels to Australia in the year 2009 for a worth of EURO 607050. We have received the payment also. Now the importer does not want to use the material and wish to send us back.
Can we take back the material to India and if so then will it attract any custom duty ? We will not send back the material, we will scrap it here.
