Pls let me know that what are legal scope of importing and saling of refurbished mobile as follows:

1- Custom duty.
2- Legality of this refurbished mobiles business .

First of all tahnkjs for ur kind reply.I want to import refurbished mobile from cahina, its smart mobile phones to sale in india legally. now let me know the custom duty. Import of refurbished mobiles and sale it in to india is legal business or not?

read the public notice DGFT, after it please ask query mentioning your export turnover .

Noted that as per Para 2.8(iii) of foreign trade policy 2009-2014 , person are exempt from IEC code if they are import- export for personal use / agriculture purpose.
