Custom Duty input not reflecting in 2A...what to do? to claim it in Sep 3B or should wait to get it reflected in 2A and then claim in next return...

For ITC on imports take as per BOE available with you. Don't rely on 2B or 2A since the systems are not integrated completely with customs.
