04 September 2013 We have puchased flexi tanks for export of castor oil as a packing material and custom duty has been charged. wheather custom duty paid on packing material used on export goods can be a refundable or not?

07 September 2013 if you paid cvd ON this item @import & also registered in VAT department admissible of SAD REFUND refer to CBEC NOTIFICATION NO.102 DTD 14.09.2007

if you export this item in sez,then avail the DBK refund.
