My query is that one of our client purchased goods from outside india.payment has been made on different amount while assessement has done on different amount.so at what value purchased is to be recorded

PURCHASER SOLD THIS ARTICLE AFTER ADD THEIR TRANSPORTING CHARGES AS WELL AS COST +VARIOUS TAX.
