FIRST THING IS TO OPEN THE CURRENT ACCOUNT IN THE COMPANY NAME .BANK ASKING DOCUMENTS IN THE COMPANY .WHAT SHOULD I DO..

22 October 2012 I AM THE SOLO PROPRIETOR AND WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO OPEN CURRENT ACCOUNT..I HEARD THAT NO NEED REGISTER THE SOLO PROPRIETOR COMPANY..OTHER THEN REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY I GO FOR SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION OR VAT REGISTRATION.....ITS A EXPORT COMPANY TO APPLY FOR IE CODE
