I need ur advice on below points.
1) Whether Leave salary can be added to CTC or not.
2) What items can be taken for CTC calculation.

ctc means cost to company...
and it includes leave salary...
it includes each and every thing which company is paying for keeping an employeee

Thanks for ur reply.
I do understand that ctc means cost to company... but generally if u see any appointment letters they are considering only Bonus, Food expenses, PF employer contribution. There was discussion is going on in our concern regarding the leave salary.
